摘要: Energy efficiency in buildings and the penetration of renewable energies are important targets order to reduce European Union's dependency on fossil fuels greenhouse gas emissions. The study collected information from a questionnaire among 27 Union Member States Norway. aim is provide comprehensive overview current national regulatory framework assessing homogeneity approach focusing three aspects: 1) influence building energy regulation innovation policies for integration efficient buildings, 2) investments housing markets sale rent, 3) employment economic (administrative) incentives up “nearly zero-energy” buildings. shows heterogeneity design framework. This strengthens importance better policy instruments best practices cross-fertilization countries.
