摘要: Oil spills to natural environment, either accidental or instinctive seepage, pose a long term threat all kind of life. Efficient remediation techniques are still on the way development. In present study, phytoremediation process in combination with introduction bacterial consortium diesel oil-contaminated soil was investigated terms removal total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH). A model spiked 50 g oil kg -1 incubated over 90-day period at ambient condition perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) and hydrocarbon (HC)-degrading consisting ten strains isolated from contaminated soils. The average TPH efficiency bioaugmented phytoremedation 57.3%, which 7.3% more efficient than alone 5.3% bioaugmentation alone. Mutual interactive effect inoculated expalined alteration conditions, plant growth, population degradation soil. © 2014 Friends Science Publishers
