摘要: The multiclass network equilibrium problem is investigated under a tradable credit scheme. social planner initially distributes certain number of credits to all eligible travelers, charges link-specific from travelers using that link, and allows for free trading the among travelers. Travelers are assumed be heterogeneous with continuously distributed value time VOT. For given scheme VOT distribution, combined user market formulated into an infinite-dimensional variational inequality system, conditions uniqueness flow pattern price at established. Manageable schemes can decentralize target e.g., system optimum one link proposed. With numerical example, it shown appropriate distribution rule may make every traveler better off. stability desirable also established, based on rigorous sensitivity analysis.
