摘要: Mutual learning is a fundamental element in transdisciplinary (Td) sustainability research. It allows for integrating knowledge and experiences gained different contexts, including the building of consensus about necessary transformations to reach solutions. To successfully achieve mutual learning, appropriate conditions are required. These range from providing boundary objects that serve integration, development common language knowledge, shared transparency concerning objectives motives all those involved. particularly challenging an intercultural perspective both local global processes. Interaction among participants based on experiential, educational, cultural dimensions induce types cognition, thought styles, socializations, constraints preferences socio-political structures day-to-day practices. In this article, formats case-based Learning Sessions (cbMLS) organize single case or set cases presented. The have been developed studied context Td process phosphorus management (i.e., Global TraPs project). After presenting cbMLS, paper presents first results empirical, integrated qualitative study interviews observations, discusses potentials limitations particular their application international context. We further highlight challenges be met
