摘要: Twinning induced plasticity (TWIP) steels with excellent strength and elongation properties are expected to be the next generation of automotive high-strength steels. The present work investigates endogenous inclusions formed in Fe–25Mn–3Si–3Al TWIP laboratorial ingot, mold casting after AOD steelmaking electroslag remelting (ESR) process at industrial plant, respectively. research shows that AlN Al2O3 found as dominating inclusions, most them AlN, but number, distribution, size shape have big differences different metallurgical processes. ingot mainly cluster states larger size, or ESR uniformly distributed, this would reduce harm steel quality. From point view thermodynamics, finds is from other high-Al Al-killed steels, because many publications reported precipitation took place solidifying front solid phase, generate liquid steel, related experimental results prove point.
