摘要: The male genital system is a ductal structure of considerable length consisting different portions highly specialized (secretory, absorptive, or motile) epithelial surfaces that interact with the intraluminal spermatozoa. During their transit through system, spermatozoa acquire final step maturation (1). While functions epithelia in are comparably well understood (2), knowledge functional significance underlying motor elements rather limited. It generally presumed and function myofibroblasts smooth muscle cells surrounding duct constructed way required for optimal respective epithelium, i.e., pressure, velocity passage contents, retention preservation geometrical configuration duct, speed contraction, etc.
