摘要: Soil organic matter plays an important role in many physical, chemical and biological processes. However, the quantitative relations between mineral components of soil with vegetation are poorly understood. In such situations, use models is research tool to explore various components, increase insight into processes, examine consequences management, possibilities for modification. An overview given state-of-the-art modelling dynamics, special emphasis on processes tropical regions. Major points identified as insufficiently developed include: Methodology lacking quantitatively describe impact texture structure activity biota. Effects microfauna modelled transformations appear be lacking. Techniques direct measurement pool sizes characterisation relevant properties variety substances would represent a major step towards verification revision inherent concepts. The non-nutrient functions matter, structural stability, water holding capacity cation exchange capacity, need far more attention matter.
