摘要: Abstract In order to pursue higher yield of rice, amount NO3− is often used in rice production, but limited information available on cadmium (Cd) uptake promoted by nitrate (NO3−) rice. Here, hydroponic experiments with integration three levels (0 mM, 2.86 mM and 5.72 mM simplify as 0, 2NO3−) two Cd concentrations (0 100 μM) were conducted. Phenotypes physiological indexes related measured; content changes nitrogen, Fe also measured. addition, net Cd2+ flux was monitored quantitative RT-PCR applied determine the expression Fe/Cd transporters. The results showed that although excessive had no significant promoting effect growth absence or presence Cd, it enhanced influx elongation zone roots increased accumulation plants grains. Excessive OsIRT1 seedlings Cd. conclusion, increases roots, then grains, which raises an increased-risk for human health.
