摘要: This study aimed to identify the parasites that inhabit digestive system of Sus scrofa from a commercial breeding facility in southern Brazil, and reports first occurrence Trichostrongylus colubriformis wild boars. The gastrointestinal tracts 40 boars were collected individualized during slaughter cold-storage slaughterhouse. Out this total, 87.5% parasitized by helminths Ascaris suum, colubriformis, Oesophagostomum dentatum Trichuris suis. T. presented prevalence 45%, mean intensity 28.4 abundance 12.8. data showed not only has capacity develop small intestines boars, but also adapts well animals raised captivity, thus representing possible cause economic loss boar farming.
