摘要: A chemically-defined protein-free medium (FMX-Turbodoma) has been improved for the production of monoclonal IgA antibodies by hybridoma cells, using a systematic method. Cell growth rate, production, activity and molecular weight pattern have used as optimization criteria. Of potentially important supplements, glucose, glutamine, Pluronic acid F-68 well several amino acids had significant beneficial effects. determination profiles via HPLC analysis allowed formulation balanced medium. Unbalanced supplementations were found undesirable because toxicity some at high concentration. Compared with basal medium, maximum viable cell final concentrations in version increased 130% 700%, respectively, whereas vitro not affected. The was even higher than serum-containing (RPMI 1640 + 10% FCS) price is about 20% this This makes such very convenient laboratory large-scale production.
