摘要: The invention discloses a broadband terahertz asymmetrical transmission device based on metamaterial. comprises two metal array layers and dielectric layer between the layers, each structural unit is composed of an axial symmetric double L-shaped patch at top layer, intermediate central atthe bottom layer. When x polarization wave vertically incident to surface in forward direction, almost completely transmitted. X isvertically reverse reflected. realizes electromagnetic frequency range 1.00-1.60THz by utilizing characteristic that transmittances are different when same direction direction.
