摘要: This paper introduced local autocorrelation (LAC) to the preprocessing of motion vector detection in order increase accuracy moving vector. We applied LAC coefficient, Sobel operator and average calculation detection, Peak Signal Noise Ratio is used quantitative evaluation analysis accuracy. optimum parameters corresponding are obtained by a comparative experiment. with achieve higher for two kinds video image illumination changes without changes. The effectiveness coefficient as algorithm verified, improved.
