摘要: This review of research on the development Israeli adolescents opens with a short introduction Israel and its proceeds reporting about regarding six issues. The first three topics are special relevance to context: (1) Jewish-Arab relationships, including peace education, (2) developmental effect military service, (3) adolescent new immigrants. Although prompted by local concerns, each also contributes general knowledge such as asymmetry between majority minority (peace education), psychological in constrained hierarchical setting (military service), conditions for adjustment major transition (adolescent immigrants). other issues reflect trends world comprise: (4) self, studies self image, identity future orientation, (5) family peer work adolescents’ relationships parents, siblings peers, romantic (6) education schooling, gifted.
