摘要: Since the 1970s Japan’s labor market has been experiencing a dramatic structural shift, resulting in emergence of dual consisting highly stable employment sector "regular" workers, and much less secondary "non-standard" workers. Using new micro-level dataset, this study applies Heckman 2-step framework to analyze eects on wage growth these two sectors. The results fail reject that returns experience regular non-standard are same for men as well women employment.
