摘要: Soybean aphid is an important pest causing significant yield losses. The Rag2 locus confers resistance to soybean biotypes 1 and 2. Transcriptomic proteomic analyses were done over a 48 h period after infestation using near isogenic lines (NILs) differing at the locus. Comparing and/or rag2 identified 3445 proteins, of which 396 differentially regulated between two lines, including proteins involved in cell wall metabolism, carbohydrate stress response. RNA-seq transcriptomic analysis 2361 genes significantly resistant susceptible lines. Genes upregulated line annotated as being wall, secondary, hormone metabolism well stress, signaling, transcriptional responses. downregulated photosynthesis carbon metabolism. Interestingly, (unknown mitochondrial protease) located within defined expressed higher genotype. expression putative NBS-LRR gene was not different but second NBL-LRR just border was. Therefore, this may be candidate R controlling resistance.
