摘要: Developing highly environmentally friendly and cost-effective approaches for the chitosan production has paramount important in future technology. Deacetylation process is one of most importing steps to classify quality chitosan. This research aimed study best method deacetylation chitin considered by several factors like concentration base, temperature, time reaction method. From green chemistry point view, conventional refluxing relatively wasted energy compared another such as maceration, grinding sonication.
