摘要: We study directional bistability in hybrid silicon microring lasers and demonstrate a unidirectional laser. Unidirectional emission is achieved by integrating passive reflector that feeds laser back into the cavity to introduce an extra gain. show length of critical parameter determining lasing behavior.
