摘要: The Porter hypothesis claims that well-designed environmental regulation stimulates innovation and contributes to firms’ competitive advantage towards international rivals. Multinational firms face the opportunity not comply with escape countries lax (i.e. pollution haven hypothesis). However, studies on how respond fail take into account specific behaviour of multinational firms. Accordingly, I advance a conceptual framework based business literature guide future research agenda regulation. In particular, by integrating in an context, suggest are attracted when they lack capabilities creatively advanced countries.
