摘要: Summary Eleven Bacillus thuringiensis isolates were recovered from phylloplanes of Magnolia denudata , a specific source new strains B. . Among these, strain, LLP29, was found to be most toxic mosquitoes based on the results preliminary toxicity analysis. Phase contrast microscopy, mosquitocidal activity, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis and parasporal inclusion performed learn more about characteristics this novel isolate. The LC 50 values LLP29 against Aedes albopictus Culex quinquefasciatus 0.33 0.04 ng protein/ml, respectively. cyt1 gene, which encodes Cyt protein that is mosquitoes, subsequently detected, cloned, sequenced expressed in acrystalliferous Bt HD73 Cry − indicated it might member cyt1Aa gene group. strain appears subspecies should prove useful control mosquito-borne diseases.
