摘要: We characterized a panel of human RNase MRP/RNase P autoantibodies by immunoprecipitation, immunodepletion, immunoaffinity purification and immunoblotting. report on the protein spectrum that is recognized autoantibodies. also describe another, related patient serum based these assays does not immunoprecipitate P/MRP/Th40. This autoantibody ‘KC’, however, coimmunoprecipitates associated RNAs from HeLa La9 cell extracts as shown nuclease protection experiments.
