摘要: We develop a microfluidic cell separation method which combined devices and multifunctional Euglena. Multifunctional Euglena for was successfully prepared by the surface modification of membrane its performances were confirmed. Mutlifunctional in inlet attached cells, migrated inside microchannel phototaxis towards outlet chamber, brought specific cells to outlet. After moving outlet, detached from Since it is based on unique characters Euglena, our needs only simple device can deal with small large amount variety kinds samples including cells.
