摘要: Bile acids and their conjugates are physiologically important molecules. Syntheses structure elucidation combined with investigation of properties applications bile derivatives academic interest. The concept using in nanoscience is a novel idea, which opens up fascinating prospects. In this article, an easy simple route for obtaining N-lithocholyl-L-(cysteine ethyl ester) (3), capable effectively capping stabilizing metal nanoparticles, described. whole synthetic needs only two steps giving moderate to good yield. gold NPs characterized by elemental analysis, UV spectroscopy, TEM. Additionally, $^{13}C$ CP/MAS NMR studies different ligand/Au ratios have been performed.
