摘要: The balance between cell survival and death is often lost in human pathologies such as inflammation cancer. Autophagy plays a critical role survival: essential nutrients are generated by autophagy-dependent degradation recycling of cellular garbage. On the other hand, induced different programs, apoptosis, pyroptosis, necroptosis. Emerging evidence revealing how pathways coordinated to determine fate. For instance, posttranslational modification proteins with ubiquitin regulates many steps autophagy pathways. In this review article, we will discuss system influences autophagy.
