摘要: Lebenszeitpravalenzen fur depressive Storungen nach DSM- und ICD-Kriterien liegen bei alkoholabhangigen Patienten zwischen 54 75%, opiatabhangigen werden 38 56% angegeben. Fur die Behandlung therapieresistenter Depressionen mit einer Substanzabhangigkeit ist bezuglich der diagnostischen Einteilung wichtig, inwieweit es sich um unabhangig voneinander bestehende Erkrankungen handelt.
