摘要: Abstract In the present study, transmission properties of one-dimensional extrinsic aperiodic/periodic photonic crystal n-GaAs is investigated by using external magnetic field for electromagnetic waves at an oblique angle. The transfer matrix method used to tackle physical problem, and Gaussian distribution employed develop randomness in thickness layers. effects field, standard deviation distribution, angle incidence, permeability are analyzed bandgaps also validated case periodic structures. numerical results verified with envelope histogram disorder study reveals that band gaps red-shifted increasing wider PBGs negligible peaks have appeared randomly magnetized crystal. model crystals can be technically various semiconductor applications like design tunable optical reflector multi-channel filter.
