摘要: The transport properties such as irreversibility line (IL), critical current density (Jc), and activation energy (Ea) were studied in highly oriented BISCCO thin films with different superconducting phase relations H-2223:L-2212 by ZFC-FC method the low magnetic field region (less than 0.1 T). c-axis phases H-2223:L-2212, high Tc (110 K), (80 respectively, determined x-ray diffraction (XRD), produced r.f. magnetron sputtering on MgO (100) substrates post-annealing duration times. Tirr(H) data appear to be dominated intergrain Josephson flux. They exhibit behavior of grain coupling systems (similar that displayed spin glasses) can well described a power law like Almeida-Thoules. however, was shifted lower temperatures decreasing relation. IL shifting increases liquid vortex would decrease density. (Jc) using 10 μVolt criterion from Arrhenius plots resistance data, respectively. Both decreased relation, i.e., increasing phase, which related an increase granularity films. film has been assumed any crystal lattice defect, creates local depression order parameter.
