摘要: The photocatalytic reaction between ammonia and nitric oxide on TiO2 wafers under near ultraviolet illumination has been investigated. produces nitrogen nitrous with a ratio slightly above two. When 15NH3 14NO are used, 14N15N 14N14NO formed almost exclusively. Comparative measurements have made for the related oxygen, photodecomposition. rate of latter is approximately one-sixth that plus reaction. It yields less than 0.5 accompanied by some deposition nitrates wafer. oxygen intermediate also nitrate formation. nitrogen/nitrous four when using 10 Torr each reactant. Both reactions involving exhibit small deuterium kinetic isotope effect, NH3 versus ND3 being about 1.3. Nitrous production zero order in shows Langmuir-like dependence oxidant pressure. oxidation similarly curved Arrhenius plots low apparent activation energies. dependencies light intensity nonlinear, an 0.6 both cases. A model which can explain overall characteristics three presented.
