Effect of temperature on structural, morphological and magnetic properties of Cd0.7Co0.3Fe2O4 nanoparticles

摘要: Abstract Cadmium-substituted cobalt ferrite (Cd 0.7 Co 0.3 Fe 2 O 4 ) nanoparticles were synthesized using a chemical synthesis method and particles calcinated at 300 °C 600 °C respectively. The samples characterized in order to understand the temperature effect on structural, morphological, thermal, magnetic properties. X-ray diffraction data confirm formation of single-phase cubic structure average grain sizes evaluated. microstructural features examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) transmission (TEM), compositional analysis carried out energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). A vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) was used investigate hysteresis curves Cd show enhancement coercivity with increasing temperature. This is attributed transition from multi-domain single-domain nature. high low frequency absorption bands investigated FT-IR analysis.
