摘要: The present invention provides a microcapsule for implantation into mammalian body, comprising: a) at least one cell and/or bioactive agent; and b) biocompatible semi-permeable membrane encapsulating the cell, wherein comprises: polycationic polymer region, alginate paramagnetic or superparamagnetic metal that does not participate in crosslinking of polymer. further methods making microcapsules this use delivering cells therapeutic agents to subject embolization.
