Marine geology and oceanography of Arabian Sea and coastal Pakistan

摘要: This volume is a collection of papers presented at the first US-Pakistan workshop in marine science held Karachi, Pakistan, November 1982. Of twenty-four contributions this book, fourteen cover topics specific to Arabian Sea-coastal Pakistan region. These include six on geology, tectonics, and petroleum potential four sedimentary processes Indus River delta-fan complex, biological oceanography Sea coastal Pakistan. The additional ten are overviews shelf sedimentation processes, paleoceanography, nutrient cycle, physical chemical oceanography.
