Instability of an electrooptic bistable device with a delayed feedback

摘要: Instability of an electrooptic bistable device with a delayed feedback voltage is discussed theoretically and experimentally. The effects optical input power, gain, biasing phase retardation, delay on the instability are described, sustained oscillatory output generated under unstable condition. A quasi-chaotic behavior also shown.
