摘要: Asymmetric alcohols were resolved as 1-α-O-alkyl-2,3-unsaturated hexosides. After separation of diastereoisomers, the auxiliary and enantiomeric alcohol recovered by transglycosidation. Potential applications include resolution labile secondary tertiary alcohols, difficult existing techniques, enhancement ees chiral produced enzymatically or synthetic catalytic methods.
