摘要: A system and program product having at least one subscriber subscribing to topics from or more data sources. The number of subscriptions for each source are registered in a table real time. Upon detecting subscription activity, matching routine compares the available with predetermined value, if subscribers exceeds value process corresponding will be started, messages sent subscriber/s, otherwise, provider stopped not longer send messages.
