摘要: Abstract Two antigenic T-cell epitopes of HBsAg, designated HBs 16–31 and HBs81–99, were identified usingsynthetic peptides HBsAg-specific lines. HBsl6-31 was recognized by five lines from vaccinees with both high low antibody titers, whereas HBs81–99 two derived titers. The titer against HBsAg correlated significantly the proliferation vaccinee's PBLs in response to ( r = 0.47) but not 16–31, suggesting that plays a critical role anti-HBs production humans vaccinated HBsAg.
