摘要: Untreated mental illness in the workplace costs U.S. corporations billions of dollars each year. In this column we summarize growing body evidence that investing high-quality health care for employees is a wise decision business leaders. We also describe an initiative undertaken by American Psychiatric Association (APA) collaboration directed at chiefs and their financial advisers to help ensure they have information make sound decisions about purchases.
