摘要: Summary One hundred and ninety patients with mammary ductal carcinoma were studied to evaluate the correlation of proportions intraductal invasive tumor growth bistologic immunohistochemical features. Initially, attempts made divide cases into 6 groups according proportion extraductal areas within whole tumor. It has been found that could be divided, on this criterion, 2 groups. comprised tumors in which up less than 20% tumor, other included those exceeding 20%. In former, components exhibited a lower grade nuclear component higher incidence cells CEA immune positivity. The latter manifested grades both positive cells. Many had solid or comedo-like growing pattern component. There was significant difference prognosis between two categories. We conclude like carcinomas, carcinomas predominant should considered malignancy.
