摘要: The present study deals with the electron microscopic observations on softshelled turtle paraventricular organ, special reference to relationship of ependymal cells and so-called albuminous substances. It is shown that substances consist tips neuronal processes extending into ventricular lumen. They probably arise from nerve lying within hypendymal or underlying tissue. PVO themselves are basically similar in structure those any other animal.
