摘要: ✓ A case of spontaneous vertebral arteriovenous fistula in association with fibromuscular dysplasia is reported. The patient presented progressive cervical myelopathy and bruit. pathogenesis the development spinal cord symptoms discussed. Symptoms subsided after obliteration fistula.
