摘要: The time interval between bariatric surgery and pregnancy is controversial. In this study, we report compare the outcomes of from two groups (BS) patients who became pregnant less than 12 months (early) above (late) after surgery. For retrospective women reproductive age BS 2010 2019 were reviewed, allocated into groups, compared. Perinatal care was provided as standards continued at monthly intervals by a gynecologist. Demographic data, pregnancy-related events, results any screening tests in each trimester, reports all ultrasonographies, lab data extracted their medical documents. Chi-square t-test used for analysis. Four hundred seventy-seven out 1046 participants age. 37 put early late respectively. No significant difference observed rate maternal complications, pregnancies, fetal neonatal problems pregnancies conceived during first vs. second year postbariatric 91.6% with had least one perinatal/neonatal finding.
