摘要: Concrete structures undergo different forms of damage during their service life. The aim this study is to identify the most common concrete in field conditions. A number elements and were visually inspected was photographed. phenomena covered are delamination, popout, spalling, scaling, drying shrinkage cracking, corrosion-induced map rust salt stains, discoloration, mold moss growths. probable reasons for these discussed study. Moreover, highlights how can be protected from aforementioned by using sealer coating systems as surface treatments. Different systems, emphasizing selection specific uses, installation on substrate, effects durability, performance criteria, evaluation methods have been discussed. Furthermore, some recommendations given improve protection
