摘要: A mathematical model incorporating descriptions of tumour growth kinetics and the effects cytotoxic chemotherapy on established tumours, is presented. It shown how models this kind may be used to investigate potential hypothetical strategies, identify general principles for successful treatment. The intended an aid clinicians designing new programmes diseases in which progress has been disappointing.
