A case of spontaneous hemoperitoneum by uterine vessel rupture in pregnancy.

摘要: A 27-year-old pregnant woman, para 1, was transferred to our hospital at 29+3 weeks of gestation complaining abdominal pain. She diagnosed with hemoperitoneum based on ultrasonography. An emergency laparotomy performed, and the bleeding confirmed be caused by ruptured surface blood vessels uterine fundus. Hemostasis compression successfully performed sustain pregnancy, patient delivered a full-term baby. Spontaneous during pregnancy rupture is very rare. It requires rapid diagnosis surgical treatment because it increases morbidity fetus mother. In most incidences spontaneous cesarean delivery along simultaneous laparotomy. However, in this case, maintained full term after hemostasis, which prevented neonatal complications due premature birth.
