摘要: A solitary Peutz-Jeghers polyp is defined as a unique occurring without associated mucocutaneous pigmentation or family history of syndrome. Gastric localization rare event, with only eight reported cases to date. We report herein the case 43-year old woman who presented upper gastrointestinal bleeding, severe anemia, weight loss and asthenia. Endoscopy revealed giant polypoid tumor signs neoplastic invasion cardia, pathological aspect suggesting hamartomatous polyp. Computed tomography suggested malignant gastric total gastrectomy was performed. The specimen showed 150/70/50 mm immunochemistry established final diagnostic Peutz-Jegers type This largest until now, second one mimicking malignancy lymph node metastasis.
