摘要: Early reperfusion of the infarct-related coronary artery is very much effective to treat patients with acute myocardial infraction. However, there are many clinical as well experimental evidences supporting efficacy late therapy. In this article, effects on mortality, left ventricular function, dilatation and remodeling, or electrical stability were summarized. Also, possible mechanisms for benefits discussed special role epicardial rim bring about those was emphasized.
