摘要: Background Herein, we report the biosynthesis procedure to prepare silver nanoparticles as reduction and capping agents with aqueous plant extract of Perovskia abrotanoides. Methods The therapeutic application entirely depends on size shape therefore, their control during synthesis is so important. effects factors, for example, ion concentration, mass extract, reaction time extraction temperature, particles were considered optimized. Several analytical methods used characterization NPs including FT-IR UV-Vis spectrophotometer, XRD SEM. Results results showed that mean was about 51 nm.
