摘要: Preeclampsia, a systemic vascular disorder characterized by new-onset hypertension and proteinuria after 20 weeks of gestation, is the leading cause maternal perinatal morbidity mortality. Maternal endothelial dysfunction caused placental factors has long been accepted with respect to pathophysiology preeclampsia. Over past decade, increased production antiangiogenic identified as factor dysfunction. This review summarizes recent advances in understanding molecular mechanisms factors, novel clinical strategies based on these discoveries.
