摘要: A comparative investigation on the use of random modulation schemes for DC/DC power converters is presented. The under consideration include randomized pulse position modulation, pulsewidth (PWM) and carrier-frequency with fixed variable duty cycle. paper emphasizes suitability applicability each scheme in converters. Issues addressed effectiveness randomness level spreading dominating frequencies that normally exist constant-frequency PWM schemes, low-frequency spectral density (PSD) scheme. validity analyses confirmed experimentally by using a buck converter operating continuous conduction mode. PSD output presented compared.
