摘要: Evidence for the existence of a caprine gammaherpesvirus was obtained by analysis peripheral blood leucocytes goats with PCR assays that target herpesvirus genes encoding glycoprotein B (gB), DNA polymerase (DPOL) and terminase (TERM) degenerate deoxyinosine-substituted primers. A contiguous 3.6 kbp sequence extending from gB to DPOL gene then determined specific All sequences (gB, TERM) showed close relationship corresponding Gammaherpesvirinae. Alignment amino acid revealed particularly high percentage identity ovine type 2 (>83%), followed alcelaphine 1 (>76%) bovine lymphotropic (>61%). Phylogenetic analyses confirmed these relationships. The putative novel goat which originate tentatively designated 2. This virus is first recognized in goats.
