摘要: Therapeutic gene delivery systems offer the potential for treatment of a range inherited and acquired diseases. In contrast with viral vectors, nonviral vectors provide safer alternative additional advantages such as improved efficiency, low cost, often unlimited capacity to package DNA. Here we describe preparation technique based on lipid-peptide-DNA (LPD) complexes. The size LPD particles is in nanometer range. use these nanoparticulate LPDs results high efficiency transfections level expression vitro. convenient efficient tool therapy.
