摘要: Abstract Existing methods for information system (IS) project selection neglect an important aspect of technology, namely the interdependencies that exist among various IS applications (projects). Recognizing and modeling these provides valuable cost savings greater benefits to organizations. In this paper, model is developed identifies models benefit, resource technical candidate projects. The proposed formulated as a nonlinear 0–1 programming problem represents significant addition existing IS, capital budgeting R&D models. converted, using linearization techniques, tested (validated) by applying it real-world data. By comparing performance with models, contribution highlighted.
